New Delhi: A sad news is coming from the Bhojpuri film industry which has shocked the people of regional cinema. It was recently reported that actress Amrita Pandey has passed away and was found dead in her apartment in Bihar on April 27. According to some media reports, Amrita shared a mysterious post on her WhatsApp status a few hours before her death. 27-year-old Amrita Pandey’s last WhatsApp post read, ‘Her life was in two boats, we made her journey easier by sinking our boat.’
According to a report in Times of India.com, Amrita’s family claimed that she was worried about her career as she was not getting enough work opportunities. Amrita was reportedly also suffering from depression and Kapi was under tension. Let us tell you that in 2022, he married Mumbai-based Chandramani Jhangad, originally from Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, who works as an animation engineer. Amrita was last seen in the web series ‘Pratishodh’. He also worked in the film ‘Deewanpan’ with Bhojpuri superstar Khesari Lal Yadav.
On April 27, Jogsar police received news of a woman’s suicide at Divyadharma apartment in Adampur Ship Ghat. When they reached the premises and went inside the house, they found the dead body of actress Amrita Pandey on the bed. According to TOI news, Amrita’s sister entered her room around 3:30 pm and found the actress hanging. Attempts were made to save her and Amrita was rushed to a nearby hospital, but she was declared brought dead on arrival. Currently, Jogsar police station is investigating his death.
