Aamir Khan’s son Junaid Khan has taken his first step in the film world. His debut film ‘Maharaj’ has been released on Netflix. During the promotion of the film, Junaid spoke about his father Aamir Khan. Junaid said that Aamir had seen his film a few months before its release and appreciated his work. Apart from this, Junaid also stated that Aamir does not interfere in his life.
During the interview Junaid was asked if he takes his father’s advice. He then told news agency ANI, “Abba (Aamir) usually lets us do whatever we want to do, unless we go and consult him ourselves, but he loved the film. He watched the film a few months ago and loved it. There was a lot.”
Junaid continued, “He usually gives very good advice, but doesn’t interfere too much in our lives. He lets his children do things their own way. Let us tell you that Junaid is the son of Aamir and his first wife Reena Dutta.
Junaid played the role of journalist and social reformer Karsandas Mulji in his first film. Jaideep Ahlawat plays the role of religious leader Jadunath. The film is produced by Aditya Chopra under YRF Entertainment and directed by Siddharth P Malhotra. Apart from Junaid and Jaideep, the film also stars Shalini Pandey and Sharwari Wala.
