Subhash Ghai said in an interview to News18, “We have blockbuster films like Karma, Ram Lakhan, Saudagar, these films are still relevant today. Now what if Ballu Balaram hits the screen in ‘Khalnayak’?

Subhash Ghai further added, “Then why shouldn’t a producer think of reviving the story and taking it forward? So, definitely, ‘Khalnayak’ and other films are being discussed.” Subhash further said that he has received offers from many other production studios, but he is very professional, with his team considering what they already have. How to improve.

Let us tell you that after entertaining film audiences for four decades, Subhash Ghai has produced a TV show called ‘Jaanki’ under his production house. The show is telecasting on Doordarshan. About the show, Subhash said, “Janki’s story has been with me for a long time and is very close to my heart, as it is about women empowerment.”

Subhash Ghai said, “I made Pardes, Taal, Dil and Yaade, which were all about women empowerment. But when Doordarshan approached me, I presented the story to them and they liked it. I chose Doordarshan because they really wanted to make it, agreed to the price we asked for and wanted us to be creative. Freedom was granted.”
