Airtel Recharge Plan Hike: The leading company in the telecom sector, Bharti Airtel, has given a big shock to its millions of users. Airtel has announced a huge hike of 10-21 percent in mobile tariffs today i.e. Friday, July 3. Earlier, Reliance Jio also announced a hike in mobile tariffs from 12 to 27 percent.

Let us tell you that the telecom companies have increased this immediately after the auction of 5G spectrum. Airtel has said in a statement that the increased mobile tariff rates will be effective from July 3.

The Sunil Mittal-led company said, “We have ensured that budget-challenged customers are not burdened by introducing very modest price hikes (less than 70 paise per day) in entry-level plans.”

Know the price of Airtel’s new plan

Under the mobile tariff hike, in the unlimited voice plan, the company has announced Rs. 179 plan price increased to Rs. 199, Rs. 455 plan is priced at Rs. 599 and Rs. 1,799 plan price increased to Rs. 1,999, while the price of Rs 399 for the postpaid plan will now be Rs 449.

At the same time, the Rs 499 plan will now be available for Rs 549. The current Rs. 599 plan costs Rs. 699 and Rs. 999 plan is now priced at Rs. 1199 will be.

Bharti Airtel said in a statement that for a financially viable business model for telecom companies in India, mobile average revenue per user (ARPU) should be above Rs 300. “We believe this level of ARPU will enable the necessary investment in network technology and spectrum and provide a modest return on capital,” the company said.
