Rajkummar Rao was to play the role of a blind man in the film, for which the actor did deep research and realized that in reality, blind people do not walk with outstretched arms as shown in most films. Rajkumar Rao said that he was not trying to feel anything because he could not see anything.

Rajkumar Rao said that he visited some blind schools and found that blind people usually make some movements with their face or eyebrows. His character Srikanth was also shown frequently moving his eyebrows in the film. Rajkumar Rao said that he started practicing this every day as soon as he arrived on set and by the time the film was over, it had become a part of his muscle memory. Meaning, even after the shooting was over, he kept moving his eyebrows in the same way.

It took time to break this habit after the shooting

Rajkumar Rao said that it took him time to remove these things. Every time he did this, he had to remind himself that he no longer needed to be part of this character.
