The Supreme Court canceled the grace marks in the NEET result and decided to retake the NEET exam for those students who were given grace marks. A hearing was held today on the petitions filed on the issue of grace marks in the NEET result. The NTA has accepted the petitioners’ request and agreed to remove the grace mark. The Supreme Court has made it clear that only those students who have got grace marks will re-sit the NEET exam. These students, comprising a total of 1563 students, will appear for their NEET exam on June 23. The exam result will be out before June 30. The court has also said that the counseling will not be stopped. Then the counseling of these 1563 students will take place. The Supreme Court clearly said that only those students who have got grace marking will appear in this exam. NTA said re-examination (1563) will be held on June 23, followed by counselling. The NTA said the result could be out before June 30.
