Vicky Kaushal is in the news for his upcoming comedy drama film ‘Bad News’. In this film, she will be seen sharing the screen with Tripti Dimri and Amy Virk. It will also have a touch of romance along with comedy. Explaining the reason behind doing the film, the actor has said that he agreed to the film because he wanted to explore the comedy genre.

Vicky is going to do something different for the first time
Sharing the experience of shooting a comedy film, Vicky Kaushal said that despite working in this genre for the first time, he felt very comfortable in it. He wanted to do something he hadn’t done before. It was great working with Anand Tiwari and Karan Johar, the script was also very good. The concept of this film was new to me and there is a lot of comedy in it, though I have not explored the comedy genre much as an actor.

Talking about film director Anand Tiwari, Vicky said, “Apart from being a great actor, he is also a brilliant director, especially when it comes to comedy, there is no better actor than him. The kind of energy required to show in each scene, I got from the sets. I was working with a family, which meant a lot because I had rarely worked in the comedy genre and many things were new to me. So, without a second thought, I surrendered to him.
Let us tell you that Vicky Kaushan started his career with the film ‘Masaan’. But he got big recognition as the lead hero from the 2019 film ‘Uri The Surgical Strike’.
