Chasing another low-scoring target, Pakistan (Pakistan Super Eight Chance) secured two points and kept their hopes of making the Super Eight alive. Mohammad Rizwan’s innings of 53* helped Pakistan chase down the target of 107 runs in 17.3 overs, which earned them two points and helped improve their net run rate.

Why was Babur angry even after the victory?
Good for us. We needed this win. Credit goes to the team. We started well and took wickets with the new ball. We had the idea of NRR in mind. The first six overs are very important here. You evaluate after 6 overs. Then we tried to tackle the spinners. We are going to move forward with the same mentality. Conditions in Florida should be better than here. I was out on that shot. So, I was angry (Babar Azam was angry after dismissal). I still try my best.
