‘We take such matters seriously’
The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) said in a statement that Carrs had co-operated with the investigation and was remorseful for his actions. An ECB spokesman said, ‘We take these matters extremely seriously and do not tolerate any anti-corruption violations in cricket.’
