BCECE B.Tech Counseling 2023: A case has come to light that a private agency based in Rajiv Nagar promised to get a seat in a government engineering college of his choice. In this regard, a video of engineering counseling by taking money has gone viral on social media. The Bihar Combined Entrance Examination Board (BCECE) took notice of this and reported the incident to the police. Rajiv Police Station is investigating the matter by registering an FIR.
In a written complaint given to the police by the program officer (law) of BCECE, it is stated that eight thousand seats are lying vacant in the state government engineering college. BCECE has fixed the dates from September 1 to 4 for its online counselling. The advertisement for this was also published on 30th August. Meanwhile, the Board came to know of a video promoted on YouTube by an agency called Expert Vision located at Rajiv Nagar Road No. 21. After this the matter was noted and a complaint was lodged with the police.
500 rupees are demanded for counselling;
In the video, a person is claiming that BCECE candidates get a seat in the same college in which they want to take admission. Candidates are being told that online counseling will be held in the agency from 2nd to 4th September. For this every student has to pay five hundred rupees as fee. The board has handed over the link of the agency video which went viral on social media to the police. The police registered a complaint on September 6 and started investigating the matter.
