CUET: No refund of registration fee if not admitted, students upset

University registration process for PG admission through CUET 2024 is going on. There itself CUET UG Many universities have already started registration for this. The biggest confusion of the students is that they have previously paid the application fee to attend CUET. After that registration has to be done in all priority universities. Because if a candidate applies to only one university and does not get a seat, then there may be difficulty in admission. If candidates register in more than one university, they will get admission in only one university but have to pay registration fee for all the universities. Registration fee in universities is Rs. 200 to Rs. up to 800. More than 13 lakh applications have been received in CUET UG and more than four and a half lakh applications in PG. While CUET UG has received more than three lakh forty thousand applications from Uttar Pradesh alone.

Application fee should be refunded

CUET candidates believe that if there is a centralized admission process there should be only one fee. If different universities are charging registration fee then registration fee should be refunded if admission is not granted. About four thousand rupees per student goes to the universities as registration fee.

Admission will be available in these universities of Lucknow

Through CUET, one can get admission in Lucknow-based Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University (BBAU). Besides, Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti Language University, Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam University (AKTU) and Dr. Shakuntala Mishra National Rehabilitation University has also been included in the CUET 2024 admission process.
