Delhi University has released the academic calendar for 2024-25. This calendar includes postgraduate courses, B.Tech courses, five year BA LLB (Hons) program and BBA LLB (Hons) programme. This calendar is released for Semester 1 and Semester 2 only. As per this official schedule, Delhi University classes for the new session will start from August 1, 2024.

1. Semester 1 classes will start from August 1, 2024.
2. The mid-semester break will start from October 27 and end on November 3, 2024.
3. Classes will commence on November 4, 2024 after mid-semester break.
4. After this, Semester 1 classes will end on 28 November.
5. Semester 1 examination will start from December 10, 2024.
6. The winter vacation will be from December 29 to January 1, 2024.

1. Semester-II classes will start from January 2, 2025.
2. Mid semester break will be from 9th March to 16th March.
3. Classes will commence on March 17, 2025 after mid-semester break.
4. After this, Semester 2 classes will end on April 30, 2025.
5. Semester 2 examination will start from 13th May, 2025.
6. Summer vacation will be from June 1 to July 20, 2025.
Let us tell you that Delhi University has extended the current summer vacations. Now the summer vacation of students is till July 31, 2024. In an official notice, the university wrote that in view of the calendar year 2024-25, the summer vacation for the academic year 2023-24 is being extended from July 22, 2024 to July 31, 2024.

1. First of all you have to go to the official website of Delhi University du.ac.in.
2. After this you have to click on the ‘Official Notification for Academic Calendar Academic Year 2024-25’ link given on the home page.
3. After which you will reach a new page, there you have to click on the above mentioned link.
4. Now academic calendar will open on your screen.
5. Now you can download the academic calendar.
