Railway official X-Handle attributed the water leakage to “temporary blockage in the pipes”. It read, “Slight leakage of water in coach due to temporary blockage in pipes! The staff present on the train noticed this and fixed it. Sorry for the inconvenience.” The video, which was shared on July 2, has been viewed more than 35,000 times. Social media users also criticized the railway ministry for poor management of trains.

 

Banaras-New Delhi Vande Bharat Express survived the accident

On June 22, the Vande Bharat Express traveling from Banaras to Delhi narrowly escaped an accident involving an animal. According to official railway sources, the collision of an animal with the train caused an engine malfunction of the Vande Bharat Express which halted the train for nearly an hour at Bharthana railway station.

Railway Prayagraj Division Public Relations Officer Amit Kumar Singh said that Vande Bharat Express was stopped at Bharthana railway station after an animal came in front of the engine of Vande Bharat Express due to engine malfunction. The bug has been fixed by a team of engineers. After this the train has been dispatched to New Delhi.

Railway officials said that around 7.45 pm Vande Bharat Express stopped at Bharathana railway station in Etawah district. After this information came to light that a technical fault has occurred in the engine of Vande Bharat Express. A team of around half a dozen railway engineers reached the spot and tried to rectify the technical fault after the railway officials got information about this. After a lot of effort, the technical fault of the engine was rectified around 9 pm and the train was dispatched to New Delhi at 9:02 pm.
