In Fleming’s coaching career, CSK has won the IPL trophy 5 times. The combination of CSK captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni and Fleming is amazing. Fleming has been the coach of CSK since 2009. Steph Fleming, who has been coaching CSK since 2009, is the right candidate to succeed Team India head coach Rahul Dravid. According to the report, there was an informal discussion about this with Fleming during the IPL. It is being said that Fleming has not yet held any discussions with the team management about leaving CSK nor has he asked to extend his tenure with CSK.
