Sunak failed on the financial front

Also, Rishi Sunak has completely failed to reduce inflation in Britain. Taxes continued to rise. The cost of living continued to rise. In contrast, the Labor Party came up with a housing policy to build new houses, which people accepted.

When Rishi Sunak became the PM, everyone hoped that he would be the first to curb inflation as soon as he came to power, but that did not happen. On the contrary, things became more expensive and people’s spending increased rapidly. Due to which people started feeling resentment towards Sunak government.

There was also a steady increase in taxes

Taxes also increased after the Conservative Party came to power. The Sunak government had increased many types of taxes, one of which was the NRI tax. Due to which the public started protesting against the current government.

The cost of living has increased drastically

From the end of 2021, the prices of many essential commodities in the UK began to rise steadily. Due to which the expenses of the people living there increased according to their income.
