New Delhi. Kalki Koechlin, one of the best actresses of Bollywood, is once again in the news regarding her personal and professional life. Nowadays she is in the limelight for her recently released film ‘Gold Fish’. Even after the release of the film, Kalki is continuously promoting her film. Amidst all this, Kalki admits that the initial years of her marriage to director Anurag Kashyap after divorce were very difficult.
In a conversation with Pooja Talwar, Kalki Koechlin said that in the first few years after the divorce, they could not be the friends they are today. It will take time. It cannot be denied that in the first few years after our divorce, we were not the friends we are today. We needed that time apart because it hurts to know about the other person’s relationships and things.
He said that he and Anurag took that time apart. She also revealed that she underwent a lot of therapy and now seven to eight years later, they are doing very well and are good friends. Let it be known that in the past days, Kalki also reached the engagement of Anurag’s daughter Alia with her family. Meanwhile, both of them came into discussion again.
Let us tell you that Kalki made her debut in Bollywood with the film ‘Dev D’ in 2009. This film was directed by Anurag Kashyap. Kalki and Anurag became close to each other on the sets of this film. After dating each other for two years, both of them got married in the year 2011. However, the two got divorced after about 4 years of marriage. Both of them spent time with each other for about 6 years through affair and marriage. After breaking up with Anurag, Kalki is now in a relationship with Guy Harshberg. The two welcomed daughter Sappho as their first child in 2020.
