After the completion of the code of conduct, the recruitment process has started again with the stalled government jobs. Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) has started online examination for the recruitment of 863 vacancies released last year. At the same time, the examination schedule for the recruitments issued before the implementation of the code of conduct will be released soon. In such a situation, the youth will get good employment opportunities.
DSSSB issued orders for the recruitment of technical and non-technical staff in Delhi Jail, Health and Family Welfare, Drug Control Department and other departments in November-2023. The department had issued eligibility criteria and invited applications for 863 posts. Eligible youth applied for these posts till December 12 last year. The process was put on hold for a while due to the implementation of the code of conduct for the Lok Sabha elections in March this year. Now DSSSB has released online exam schedule for some of these 863 posts.
The schedule till June 30 has been announced
DSSSB has released the online exam schedule from 10th to 30th June. The exam has been conducted on June 10 and 11. Now the exam will be conducted in three shifts from Wednesday, June 12 to June 19. The exam will be held in the first shift on Wednesday from 830 am to 1030 am for Warders of Delhi Jail, from 1230 pm to 230 pm for Warders and Junior Radiotherapy Technicians and from 430 pm to 630 pm for Warders and Technical Assistant Group-IV. . From June 13 to June 20 (except June 17) for the post of Warder, the examination will be held on June 22 for the posts of Warder, Refractionist, Assistant Engineer Civil, Senior Scientific Assistant, Technical Assistant of various departments. On June 23, the online exam for the post of Assistant Engineer Civil will be conducted in evening shift only and then on June 30, the online exam will be held in three shifts for the same post.

● Refractionist (Optometrist) in Health and Family Welfare Department.
● Senior Scientist Assistant Chemistry in Drug Control Department
● Assistant Engineer Civil in various departments
● Technical Assistant in Health and Family Welfare Department for Cardiology, Neurology, Neurosurgery, Respiratory Lab.
● Junior Radiotherapy Technician in Health and Family Welfare Department
● Technical Support Group-4 in Health and Family Welfare Department
