Former SpaceX employees have filed a lawsuit against their boss Elon Musk for allegedly sexually harassing them while working at the aerospace company. After this, several incidents of alleged sexual abuse by tech billionaire Musk have come to light.
The Wall Street Journal reported that the SpaceX CEO, accused of having physical relations with two of his employees, including an intern, also committed lewd acts in front of a flight attendant in 2016.
A female flight attendant alleged that Musk sexually assaulted her in 2016 and offered to buy her a horse in exchange for sex. The incident, which came to light after a Business Insider 2022 report, took place on a SpaceX flight.
Objectionable behavior during in-flight massage
The woman alleges that Musk showed her his private parts during an in-flight massage and offered her a horse in exchange for sex. The woman alleged that when she refused to do so, the company shortened her shift.
Musk denied the flight attendant’s allegations. He called the allegations “totally false”. He even joked on social media that this should be called an “expansion” of the scam. He denied being a flight attendant on his plane. However, the report states that Musk has previously used flight attendants around 2016. 2016 is the year the woman alleged that he offered her a horse in exchange for sex.
SpaceX’s COO defends
SpaceX President and Chief Operating Officer Gwynn Shotwell defended the flight attendant against the allegations in an email to the company following the news report. “Personally I believe the allegations are false, not because I work for Allen, but because I have worked closely with him for over 20 years and have never seen or heard of such allegations,” she wrote.
Another woman, who reported directly to billionaire Musk, alleged that Musk repeatedly asked her to have children.
‘If we don’t have more children, civilization will die out’
Musk, a father of at least 10 children, often says the world is facing a population crisis and that people with high IQs should have children. He said in 2021, “If people don’t have more children, civilization will end. Mark my words.” That same year, he had a child with one of his employees.
Musk has twins with Sivon Gillies, an executive at the Neuralink brain-implant company. Gillis has said that Musk encouraged her to have children and later offered to be a sperm donor. “I can’t possibly think of any gene that I would choose for my children,” Zillis is quoted as saying in “Elon Musk,” a biography written by author Walter Isaacson.
