The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) has announced the 15-member squad for the ICC T20 World Cup 2024. Jos Buttler will captain defending champions England, while Jofra Archer and Chris Jordan return to the squad. Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 sensation Phil Salt has also got a chance in the team. All the England players participating in the IPL will return for the series against Pakistan starting on May 22 at Headingley and then on May 31 the England cricket team will leave for the West Indies, where they will play their T20 World Cup 2024 match. Barbados is set to open against Scotland.
