Abhishek calls Aishwarya
While sharing the story of her roka in an interview with Filmfare, Aishwarya said, ‘I am from South India, so I didn’t know there was a ritual like roka. One day suddenly Abhishek called and said that he is coming to my house with his family for a rock ceremony. I didn’t get it. I asked Abhishek what Roka was. When he explained to me what Roka was, I called my father.
Even after refusing, Abhishek reached home
Aishwarya further said, ‘My father Krishnaraj Rai went out of town. It was not possible for him to return immediately. In such a situation I called Abhishek and refused, but he said nothing can be done now as he is on the way and cannot refuse Papa (Amitabh Bachchan) anymore.
The Bachchan family got emotional
Aishwarya was shocked when Abhishek and other family members came home. On the one hand, the Bachchan family was looking very happy and emotional during this ceremony.
