The IPO was opened to anchor investors on May 24. The company raised Rs. 27.12 crore was collected. Let us tell you that before the IPO, the total share of promoters in the company was 99.97 percent. Which has now reduced to 73.01 percent. The promoters of the company are Nilesh Jitubhai Patel and Natasha Jitubhai Patel.

Ham Securities Limited was appointed as the Book Running Lead Manager for this IPO. Whereas, BigShare Services Private Limited was appointed as the registrar for the issue.
