New Delhi. Kolkata Knight Riders players are celebrating a lot after becoming IPL champions. Especially KKR captain Shreyas Iyer is not giving up the IPL trophy. Iyer posed for a Lionel Messi style photo with the IPL trophy in the bedroom. He didn’t stop there and shared a similar picture from the pool as well. Shreyas Iyer, who credited Shah Rukh Khan for the win, also sent a special message to his father.
Kolkata Knight Riders clinched the IPL trophy with a crushing defeat of Sunrisers Hyderabad on Sunday. He achieved the target by bowling out Hyderabad for 113 runs in just 10.3 overs. This is the third time that KKR have won the IPL title. KKR’s team had earlier been champions in 2012 and 2014 as well.
