A general election is to be held in Britain on July 4. The current Prime Minister Rishi Sunak announced the election on May 22. Rishi Sunak is facing election as Prime Minister for the first time. A survey has revealed that Rishi Sunak of Indian origin is not getting the support of people of Indian origin in Britain. According to the survey, 65% of Indian voters in Britain are against Sunak’s party. About 25 lakh Indians will vote in Britain (Britain Election 2024).
According to the survey, the reason behind Rishi Sunak’s decline in popularity is said to be the heavy expenditure on Sunak family’s lifestyle amid rising inflation. The Conservative Party may lose 250 seats
According to the survey, Rishi Sunak’s Conservative Party may lose 250 seats. The party may drop to just 100 seats. While the Labor Party is estimated to get 45% of the votes. It can win more than 450 seats. Let us tell you that 286 seats are required for a majority in the UK Parliament.
Sunak could also lose his Yorkshire seat
