New Delhi:
Another shooting incident has come to light in America. A gunman motivated by racial hatred shot and killed three black people in Jacksonville, Florida on Saturday and then shot himself. Sheriff TK Waters said the attacker, a white male in his mid-20s, was armed with an AR-style rifle and a handgun when he opened fire inside the Dollar General discount store.

“He targeted a specific group of people and it was black people. It was very clear that he was out to kill people. That’s what he said he wanted to kill,” the sheriff said. He said the dead included two men and a woman.
“The gunman’s family received a letter shortly before the attack that exposed his hateful ideology,” Sheriff Waters told the media.
Sherry Onks, the bureau’s special agent for Jacksonville, said the FBI will investigate the shooting as a hate crime. There have also been recent shootings in Boston, Chicago and Oklahoma.
