Star batsman Shreyas Iyer has broken his silence on BCCI’s central contract and removal from T20 World Cup 2024. Iyer was thrown out of his contract by the Board of Control for Cricket in India in February, much to the surprise of many veterans and pundits. After Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma, he was the Indian batsman who scored the most runs in the tournament. Iyer also had to deal with back injury problems.
