Viral news: News of a sensational incident is coming from an American tech company. The CEO of the company was murdered by his PA. The event is from Gokada, a motorbike startup based in Nigeria. The 33-year-old CEO of the company, Fahim Saleh, was beheaded by PA Tires Hospital. He told police that about $4 million was stolen. This step was taken so that the boss and his French girlfriend Marine Chaveus would not get any clue about it.
Sam Roberts, the CEO’s lawyer, told jurors in Manhattan Supreme Court that Haspil broke into Saleh’s $2.4 million home without permission, shocked him and then killed him. At the same time, the accused’s lawyer appealed to the jury that his client was going through an emotional disturbance. He was worried that if his girlfriend found out that he had stolen $400,000 (Rs. 3 crore 32 lakhs), she would leave him. He had only two options, suicide or murder!
Saleh first accused Haspil of missing money in 2020. He discovered that $90,000 was missing from the corporate expense account. Saleh refused to file a case against him and gave him time to return the stolen money. But after paying, Haspil continued to steal from Saleh’s company from a PayPal account and was caught again.
Manhattan Public Prosecutor Linda Ford said that during this time Haspil was planning not only to commit the murders but also to escape the burglary charges. He continued his preparations to pay off his debt and stop Fahim Saleh from filing a criminal case against him, which resulted here.
After the murder, Haspil used his credit card to buy cleaning supplies at the market. It led to his arrest. In fact, during the cleaning, a price tag had fallen on the spot, which was found by the police. Due to which the crime of the accused could be proved.
