Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC), one of the most prestigious media education institutes in the country, has recruited for non-teaching posts. Total 7 posts are released. These 7 posts are: Assistant Editor, Assistant Library and Information Officer, Department Officer, Senior Research Assistant, Library and Information Assistant, Technical Assistant (Audio/Visual) and Library Clerk. Interested candidates may visit IIMC website www.iimc.gov.in under ‘Vacancy’ section for detailed information about eligibility, reservation, application procedures and selection process. The online application form is available from today, June 25, 2024. Last date for submission of applications is August 5, 2024. Established in the year 1965 by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, IIMC is a premier institute for mass communication education, research and training. IIMC has been ranked number one in the field of mass communication education and training for the past several years in surveys conducted by reputed magazines of the country. IIMC has also received the deemed-to-be university status in January, 2024. From this academic session, the institute is also going to launch two master’s degree programs after the first one.
