IND vs SA T20 World Cup final: As Rohit-Pant return cheaply, Kohli stands firm, Akshar gives fine support

New Delhi. India had a very bad start in the T20 World Cup. When captain Rohit Sharma was walked out after scoring 9 runs, Rishabh Pant could not even open his account. Mr. 360 degree Suryakumar Yadav could score only 3 runs. After losing 3 wickets for 34 runs, Virat Kohli and Akshar Patel took charge of the struggling Indian team. Both of them took the Indian team to 106 runs.

In the T20 World Cup final, Indian captain Rohit Sharma won the toss and decided to bat first. Rohit’s decision proved wrong when India lost two wickets within 23 runs. Keshav Maharaj gave India a double blow by dismissing Rohit Sharma and Rishabh Pant in his very first over. Even Suryakumar Yadav could not stay at the crease for long. He returned to the pavilion scoring 3 runs off 4 balls.
