Before Adipurush, the record for the biggest flop in Indian cinema was held by Radhe Shyam, which lost around Rs 170 crore at the box office. Other big box office earners include Samrat Prithviraj (Rs 140 crore loss), Shamshera (Rs 100 crore), Telugu film Aacharya (Rs 80 crore), Kannada film Kabza (Rs 80 crore). Aamir Khan’s Lal Singh Chadha (Rs 70 crore), and Thugs of Hindostan (Rs 60 crore) are also among the big flops.
