IPL flop, stormy innings ahead of T20 World Cup, 20-ball fifty, Australia win in 10 overs

New Delhi. David Warner, who flopped badly in IPL 2024, is back in form as the T20 World Cup approaches. The Australian veteran played an unbeaten innings of 54 runs at a strike rate of 257.14 in the warm-up match. David Warner hit six fours and three sixes in a 21-ball innings. Australia beat Namibia by 7 wickets in T20 World Cup practice match. Namibia batted first in this match played in Port of Spain. He scored 119 for 9 in the allotted 20 overs. At one point, Australia bowled out Namibia for 75 runs for 7 wickets. At that point, Namibia were in danger of being bowled out within 100 runs.

After this David Warner and Tim David put on a partnership of 46 runs and took their team closer to victory. After the dismissal of Tim David (23), Warner along with Matthew Wade (12) led his team to victory. Warner completed his fifty in 20 balls and Australia won the match in just 10 overs.
