According to trade analyst Manobala Vijay Balan, it became the third Tamil film to enter the Rs 500 crore club after Jailor 2.0 (2018) and Ponyyin Selvan: I (2022). According to a report by Sacnilk, Jailer earned Rs 18 crore on its 10th day across all languages in India. This Rajinikanth Tamil film has been dubbed into Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada.

Jailor, which opened on August 10 with an opening collection of 48.35 crores across all languages, has now collected around 263.9 crores in India. After earning 10.05 crore nett on Friday, the film saw a tremendous jump on Saturday and collected 18 crore nett. The film collected 235.85 crores nett across all languages in India in its opening weekend. In such a situation, this film has now crossed the 500 crore mark, leaving behind Sunny Deol’s Gadar 2.
