Ashwini Vaishnav, a former Indian Administrative Service officer turned politician, has handled the portfolio of Railways, Communications, Electronics and Information Technology Ministries very well. When he was the Railway Minister, he spent more than two days at the site of the Balasore accident, which shows his dedication to his work.
