In fact, the president of the Ajmer District Bar Association had filed a suit over the shooting of Akshay Kumar starrer Jolly LLB-3, alleging that it tarnished the image of lawyers, judges and courts. A hearing was conducted in this matter. First, notices were issued against 6 others including Akshay Kumar, Arshad Warsi and film director Subhash and directed to appear in the court premises. While serving notice to them, the notice was not taken by the film directors Subhash Kapoor, Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi and the assistant director present took the notice, which the court held as wrong and ordered to issue notice against the trio in this case. The notice will be pasted at the Ajmer DRM office and Hotel Pratap Palace on Pushkar Road and the matter will be heard on Wednesday, May 8. Ajmer Public Prosecutor Vivek Parashar said that Jolly LLB-3 is being shot in Ajmer. There have been calls to ban the film, accusing it of maligning the image of lawyers and judges. It was said that such films have a bad influence on children.

Meanwhile, Machkuri, who arrived with the notice, was also stopped and bouncers were also deployed there, which angered the advocate. He filed a complaint in the court in this matter, after which the judge did not consider the execution of this notice valid. The rest of the police station officials, through the government, the collector and the central railway ministry advocate of DRM reached the court and registered their presence in the case. The notice has been issued by the judge today and ordered to be affixed.
