JoSAA (Joint Seat Allocation Authority) has declared the seat allotment result for the third round on July 4 yesterday. Candidates can check their result by visiting the official website josaa.nic.in. JoSAA may release the cutoff for Round 3 soon.
Students who got seats in round 3 through the counseling process have to freeze their seats if they want to retain them. If students do not want to keep their assigned seat, they have to float or slide it. Students have to accept the seat at the time of online reporting. After that they have to pay the seat acceptance fee and also upload the required documents for verification. The JoSAA Round 3 process will run from July 4 to July 8.
Important Dates for Third Round Seat Allotment-
1. JoSAA third round seat allotment list will be out on July 4.
2. Students have to pay their fees, upload required documents and answer questions by online reporting between 4th July to 8th July.
3. Last date for payment of fee for third round is 8th July 2024.
4. The last date for answering the questions asked in the third round is 9th July.
5. July 5 to July 9 is given time to leave third round seat or opt out of seat allotment process.
6. Fourth round seat allotment list will be out on July 10, 2024.
How Students Can Check Third Round Seat Allotment List-
1. First of all you have to go to JoSAA Counseling official website josaa.nic.in.
2. After this you have to click on the JoSAA Round 3 Seat Allotment Result 2024 link given on the home page.
3. After this you have to enter your application number and password to log in.
4. Now after entering the details you have to click on submit.
5. Now your seat allotment result will appear on your screen.
6. You can download this result.
7. Take a print out of your result for future reference.
After the completion of all the five JoSAA rounds, the Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) will conduct two more rounds of council for the remaining seats (NIT, IIIT, GFTI and IIEST). The CSAB will complete the Council Round process between July 17 and July 24. Interested students can get more information by visiting the official website csab.nic.in.
