Mumbai. Kalki 2898 AD Box Office Collection Day 2: Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone and Kamal Haasan starrer ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ has managed to do well despite its mid-week non-holiday release on the second day of its theatrical debut. Directed by Nag Ashwin, the film successfully grossed over Rs 50 crore in India. However, it was almost half of the first day’s earnings. The film collected 95 crore rupees in India on the first day.
According to film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh, ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ collected Rs 27.5 crore in Hindi on its first day, while the worldwide collection was Rs 190 crore. According to the SACNILC report, the film collected Rs 54 crore on the second day. The film grossed Rs. 25.65 crore and in Hindi Rs. Earned 22.5 crores.
According to the report, ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ has collected a total of Rs 149.3 crore in two days in India. The Telugu version was the highest grosser at Rs 91.45 crore. After this he earned 45 crore rupees in Hindi. ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ is getting good response from the audience.
‘Kalki 2898 AD’ has broken the records of many big films including ‘KGF 2’, ‘Saaho’ in terms of first day earnings.
