Haryana Staff Selection Commission has re-opened the application form window for Haryana Police Constable Recruitment 2024. If you missed to fill the form earlier, now you can apply by visiting the official website hssc.nic.in. All the candidates who cleared Common Entrance Test (CET) have to reapply for Haryana Police Constable Recruitment. Candidates who applied between February 20 to March 28, 2024, need not reapply.
According to the High Court, the re-registration process has started after the results of the Common Entrance Test (CET). Recently, the Supreme Court rejected a petition for five bonus marks on economic and social grounds. After which the Common Entrance Test (CET) result was declared on June 25 without any bonus marks. Candidates have to login with their user id and password to apply online. To fill the application form, the new candidate has to register himself first.
Haryana Staff Selection Commission Educational Qualification and Age Limit for Police Constable –
Candidate must have passed 12th standard or equivalent diploma. The candidate took the class Tenth I have studied Hindi and Sanskrit.
Candidate’s age should be between 18 years to 25 years as on 1st February 2024. Due to delay in recruitment exam and covid-19 government has given age relaxation of 3 years. Candidates of 28 years from unreserved category can apply. Age limit for SC, ST and EWS candidates is 18 years to 33 years. Maximum age limit for OBC category is 31 years.
How to Apply for Haryana Staff Selection Commission Police Constable-
1. First of all you have to go to the official website hssc.gov.in.
2. After this you have to click on Advertisement No. 06/2024 Haryana Police Constable link again.
3. Now a new page will open in front of you. In which you have to fill all your information.
4. After this you have to upload all important documents.
5. After clicking submit, you have to download the Haryana Constable Recruitment confirmation page.
The first notification for Haryana Police Constable Recruitment was released in February, 2024. This notification was issued for the recruitment of 6000 constables. Out of these 1000 posts are reserved for women, remaining 5000 posts are for men.
Selection Process-
Candidates will be selected through both knowledge test and physical test. Only those candidates who have cleared the Common Entrance Test will be able to appear for the Physical Test. The weightage of knowledge test is 94.5 percent. Candidates with NCC certificate will get bonus points of three marks. Economic and social categories are given a weightage of 2.5 marks. In the physical test, male candidates have to run 2.5 km in 12 minutes and female candidates have to run 1 km in 6 minutes.
