New updates are coming continuously regarding Nitesh Tiwari’s upcoming film ‘Ramayana’. If media reports are to be believed, Ranbir Kapoor Ram, actress Sai Pallavi Sita and KGF actor Yash will be seen in the film. According to the news, Yash will be seen in the role of Ravana in Ramayana. Now a big news has come out about her dress in the film, which will shock everyone. This will be seen happening for the first time in the film ‘Ramayan’ which has not happened in any Bollywood film till date.
Yash will be seen wearing real gold clothes in ‘Ramayana’. While sharing details about the dress, a source close to news agency IANS said, ‘The clothes being made for Yash are of real gold.’ Because in the mythological story Ramayana, Ravana was the king of golden Lanka. A source told IANS, ‘Real gold is used because Ravana was the king of Sri Lanka and it was a beautiful province at the time. Therefore, all their clothes, which are used, are made of real gold.’ The gold dress weighs about 15 kg.
However, no official announcement has been made regarding this yet. It is worth mentioning that apart from Ranbir Kapoor, Sai Pallavi and Yash in the movie ‘Ramayan’, this movie also has actress Lara Dutta in the role of Kaikeyi and Arun Govil in the role of Raja Dashrath. Designer Jodi Rimple and Harpreet, who created costumes for films like ‘Padmaavat’, ‘Housefull 4’ and the series ‘Hiramandi: The Diamond Bazaar’, have now come together to design the costumes for ‘Ramayana’.
