However, she recently revealed that, due to her anchoring gigs, people forgot that she is an actress too. She was also asked to stay away from social media to avoid negative comments for the anchoring job.

Mandira Bedi said in an interview to Curly Tales that she got the anchoring gig because she was in the right place at the right time. He also said that he was criticized a lot for being a sports presenter. “Back then we didn’t have social media where you can see people’s comments today,” he said, recalling those days.

Mandira Bedi said, “We had internet, but not like now. Sony kept me away from all this. He said, ‘You’re not allowed to know what people are saying.’ They stopped it all for me. What I have learned from my time in cricket is that there will be people in life who will like you and then there will be people in life who will not like you. So, be grateful for those who like you and don’t try to please those who don’t like you.”

Mandira Bedi was not getting any acting offers
