Rinku Singh answered this question in an interview given to Dainik Jagran that in IPL where your team’s fast bowler Mitchell Starc is getting Rs 24.75 crore and you are associated with KKR for Rs 50-55 lakh. If you had gone to the auction, you could have got crores of rupees? To this Rinku said, “Even 50-55 lakhs is a lot. When I started I didn’t even think I would earn this much. Even when I was young, I got 10-5 lakhs. I thought I could do anything. I can get it.” Now I am getting Rs 55 lakh, I should be happy with that amount. Even with Rs 55 lakh I am very happy. When these were not available I knew how much money was worth.”
