Reliance Industries AGM 2023: Mukesh Ambani will continue as Chairman and Managing Director for the next five years. Company Chairman Mukesh Ambani gave this information at Reliance’s Annual General Meeting. Ambani will not even take salary during this period. Along with this, the next generation of Ambani family Isha Ambani, Akash Ambani and Anant Ambani have been included in the Board of Directors of Reliance Industries. At the same time, Nita Ambani has resigned from the board of directors. The decision has been approved by the Board of Directors of Reliance.

On board reshuffle Mukesh Ambani Said, “In the board meeting, it was recommended that Isha Ambani, Akash Ambani and Anant Ambani be included in the board of directors of Reliance Industries Limited. I can proudly say that they have achieved these feats through dedication, commitment and hard work. Together with the other directors, he will work as a team to lead the Reliance Group and guide all our businesses.” On the other hand, Nita Ambani has resigned from the board of directors of Reliance. He will continue to be the Chairperson of Reliance Foundation and in this role he will attend all Board meetings as a permanent invitee to the Board.
