New Delhi: India has now left its mark as far as the moon. Also, the country is on track to achieve new achievements in space. India is making waves day and night in the world of technology. India has also made full preparations to send its scientists into space. Now there are rumors that NASA is helping ISRO in this work. The US space agency is also working to advance the Initiative on Critical and Emerging Technologies (ICET) between the two countries. National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) chief Bill Nelson himself has confirmed this.
NASA Administrator Nelson has said that the American space agency will increase cooperation with India. He has said that NASA will “work together” with an Indian astronaut on the International Space Station (ISS). Nelson’s comments came after ICET talks between the US and India on Monday between National Security Adviser Ajit Doval and his American counterpart Jack Sullivan.
Posting on social media platforms Together we are expanding our countries’ collaboration in space, including a joint effort with ISRO astronauts on the International Space Station. Although specific details about the mission are still being worked out, these efforts will support future human spaceflight and improve life on Earth.’
What did Doval say?
Doval said in the presence of his American counterpart Jack Sullivan on Tuesday that India and the US should be at the forefront of developing vital technologies as part of a larger strategic interest. Doval’s remarks came a day after he and Sullivan unveiled transformative initiatives to deepen India-US cooperation in the areas of artificial intelligence, semiconductors, critical minerals, advanced telecommunications and the defense sector.
