However, recently one of the actors of the show gave us some shocking news by announcing his exit from the show. Yes, Ashish Mehrotra aka Toshu quit Anupama after four years. Toshu is a very complex character with many shades. He is Anu’s first child but he hates his mother. According to Gossip TV, one more star is going to enter the show. He will be replacing Ashish Mehrotra as Paritosh Shah aka Toshu in Rupali Ganguly’s popular show. We are talking about Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai actor Gaurav Sharma. Yes, we all have seen him act as Yuvraj with Samriddhi Shukla. He played the role of a passionate lover in the show. Now Gaurav is all set to enter another Rajanshahi show.
However, nothing has been confirmed yet. But if the rumors are true then Gaurav would be the right choice for Toshu’s role. Ashish Mehrotra wrote a long note on the last day of his shoot. He has shared many pictures from the sets of the show. Part of his note read, “It’s been an amazing journey. Your nearly 4-year journey as “Toshu” in Anupama. The character was different from who I am as a person. This made it very special.” It’s more challenging.”
