NDTV launched its Marathi channel NDTV Marathi on the occasion of Maharashtra Day. Many distinguished guests including Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde, Deputy CM Devendra Fadnavis and Praful Patel were present on this occasion. Meanwhile, NCP leader of Ajit Pawar’s group Prafull Patel wished the NDTV Marathi channel and said all the best for the channel to create a new identity.

Prafull Patel said that he wanted NDTV Marathi to create a distinct identity among many news channels. He said that just like there is a lot of competition in politics, there is also a lot of competition in news channels. In today’s era, creating a distinct identity among so many channels is a huge responsibility. He is confident that NDTV Marathi will succeed in doing responsible journalism.

“Maharashtra is growing fast”

The NCP leader said that he can say with certainty that Pune has more IT companies than Bengaluru. Pune has become the hub of education in the country. All this is happening because of development. He said that there are allegations of job loss but it should be seen how many jobs are coming in today and growing rapidly. He said that such allegations are made only for political protest.

“Maharashtra faces major political earthquake”

Prafull Patel said that in the recent past, Maharashtra has seen several major political earthquakes, forming new equations and forming two governments each. He said that counting the swearing-in ceremony, a total of three separate governments were formed. That is why people have to think before choosing their representative. But people will focus their attention on whatever development is happening at the country level.

“Change is coming in the world and also in India”

The NCP leader said that out of the country’s 140 crore people, approximately 100 crore people are below the age of 35 years. The world is changing and with it India is also undergoing change. He said that earlier elections were also fought in a different way, now because of social media it has become easier to reach people.

The 6th channel of NDTV Marathi group

NDTV Group is rapidly gaining ground in the world of news and reaching people. A few days ago, NDTV Rajasthan, NDTV Madhya Pradesh-Chhattisgarh were launched.
