NEET UG Result 2024 Declared: There is big news for medical aspirants. National Testing Agency (NEET 2024 Result) today i.e. 4th June Neat The exam result has been declared. Samit Kumar Saini and Devesh Joshi from Jaipur have topped the NEET exam (NEET 2024 toppers), according to a Times Now report. 13.16 lakh children have cleared the NEET exam this year. This year around 24 lakh children appeared for NEET UG i.e. Medical Entrance Exam. NEET 2024 Result: Topper’s name not declared

NTA has announced the NEET exam after the NEET UG Final Answer Key, but has not announced the name of any topper so far. Samit Kumar Saini and Devesh Joshi from Jaipur have topped the NEET exam (NEET 2024 toppers), according to a Times Now report. According to the report, Samit and Devesh have secured 720 marks in the NEET UG exam. However, it is not clear whether he has achieved NEET AIR 1 rank or not. Last year Prabanjan J from Tamil Nadu and Bora Varun Chakraborty from Andhra Pradesh topped the NEET UG. Both have secured 99.99 percentile in NEET.

13.16 lakh children clear NEET

According to a Times report, 13.16 lakh children have cleared the NEET exam this year. Last year 11.45 lakh candidates passed. A total of 20.38 lakh candidates had registered for NEET UG. If reports are to be believed, a large number of students have scored 720 out of 720 marks this year. However, 89 students are also claiming to have secured full marks.

NEET cutoff increased

This year, the NEET 2024 cutoff percentile for UR/EWS is 50th while the cutoff score has gone from 720 to 164. While for OBC category candidates, NEET 2024 cutoff percentile is 40th when cutoff score is 163 to 129, SC NEET 2024 cutoff percentile is 40th when cutoff score is 163 to 129, ST NEET 2024 cutoff percentile is 40th when cutoff percentile is 40th . 129, UR / NEET 2024 cutoff percentile for EWS-PWD ranks 40th with cutoff scores ranging from 163 to 146, NEET 2024 cutoff percentile for OBC-PWD with cutoff scores ranging from 145 to 129, NEET 2024 SCW cutoff percentile. NEET 2024 Result: Reservation Criteria

In NEET UG exam, 15% seats are reserved for SC in each course. At the same time, 7.5% seats in each course are reserved for ST and 5% seats (horizontal reservation) are reserved for disabled category candidates in each category of General, General-EWS, OBCNCL, OBC NCL, SC, ST.

24 lakh children appeared for the exam

NTA conducted NEET UG exam on 5th May. About 24 lakh children participated in this exam. According to data shared by NTA, a total of 9,96,393 male candidates and 13,31,321 female candidates and 17 transgender candidates appeared for the exam this year. The total attendance of candidates in NEET UG was 96.94 percent. In which the attendance of male candidates was 96.92 percent, the attendance of female candidates was 96.96 percent and the attendance of transgender candidates was 94.44 percent. This exam was conducted not only within the country but also outside. This exam was conducted in 557 cities of the country and 14 cities outside.
