Bihar EOU has prepared its report on the NEET paper leak case. The report will be handed over to the Union Education Ministry on Saturday. In which copies of the statements of 13 accused including 4 examinees caught so far in the paper leak matter will also be given. Apart from this, the admit card seized in the raid, a copy of the remains of the burnt question paper and other documents will be given after receiving the information about the paper leak on May 5.

In the NEET paper leak case, a team of the Economic Offenses Unit (EOU) conducted a raid in Nalanda’s Ekangarasaray block on Friday and detained a person. The person detained for questioning has been identified as Rakesh Kumar. He is a member of the Solver gang as per the talk among locals. However, this has not been officially confirmed yet. Here, EOU ADG Nair Hasnain Khan has been summoned to Delhi to clarify the situation in the NEET paper leak case. He will go to Delhi on Saturday. Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan will be briefed about the entire investigation so far. It is known that Nalanda’s name has been associated with the NEET case since the beginning. Nagarnausa resident Sanjiv Mukhia, his son Dr. The names of Shiva and half a dozen associates also appear in it. These people are also accused in the BPSC teacher recruitment exam paper leak scam. Many of these people are already in police custody. Many more people from Nalanda may be involved in NEET cases. For this reason the EOU team has raided there several times. However, the police officials are avoiding to say anything about it.

ADG meeting with minister possible on June 25
According to official sources, ADG Nayyar Hasnain Khan will present all the documents related to the investigation and paper leak conducted so far. He is likely to meet the Education Minister on June 25. According to information, Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan will also meet with ADG Nair Hasnain Khan and top officials of NTA.

The bail hearing of the accused will be held on 25th
Patna. The public opinion petition of the NEET paper leak accused will now be heard on June 25. Additional District and Sessions Judge Rajendra Kumar Sinha on Friday sought an updated case diary with evidence against the jailed accused during the hearing of the bail plea. The jailed accused in the NEET paper leak case have applied for regular bail. A hearing was held in this regard on Friday. The court ordered the police officer investigating the case to file the case diary and evidence against the accused. With this, the next date of hearing was fixed on June 25.

Court again refused to ban NEET counselling
The Supreme Court on Friday once again refused to postpone the counseling for NEET UG from July 6. The Supreme Court said that counseling is a process, not once open and once closed. A bench of Justices Vikramanath and SVN Bhati made the remarks while hearing petitions seeking quashing of the CBI probe into the NEET paper leak and re-examination of the results.
