CBI has taken over the NEET (UG) paper leak case related to irregularities in Patna, Gujarat and Rajasthan. According to CBI sources, CBI will now investigate this case. Earlier, in the NEET paper leak case, a team of the Economic Offenses Unit (EOU) conducted raids in Nalanda’s Ekangarasaray block and detained a person. The person detained for questioning was identified as Rakesh Kumar. As per the talk among the locals, he has been a member of the Solver gang. It is known that Nalanda’s name has been associated with the NEET case since the beginning. Many of these people are already in police custody. Many more people from Nalanda may be involved in NEET cases. For this reason the EOU team has raided there several times.

According to sources, special teams have been formed by the CBI to investigate the case. These teams are being sent to Patna in Bihar and Godhra in Gujarat.
