The revelations in the Latur NEET paper leak case raise suspicions of irregularities by exam centres. Dilip Deshmukh, director of the college’s CET cell that launched the Latur pattern, and Sachin Bangar, the NEET exam counselor, claim that this has happened before. In the year 2023, some children of Latur and Beed went to Belgaum, Karnataka and took the NEET exam. Both claim that when they compared the results of those children with those of 2022, there was a huge difference.
Councilor Sachin Bangar has claimed that he even wrote an email to NTA after finding such error. But no answer came. Similar irregularities are suspected in the Latur NEET paper leak case. Two teachers have been arrested in the case but Eranna Kongalwar and Gangadhar are still absconding.
Here it has been revealed about the accused teacher Jalil Pathan, who was first arrested in this case, that he was promoted to head teacher due to his disability. But now information is coming that his disability certificate may be fake. According to the district council, a complaint was received before the paper leak case came to light, which is being investigated. The certificate has been sent to the concerned department for verification. It will be known only after its report whether it is genuine or fake.
According to the information, the police have seized 14 admit cards from the mobile phone gallery of both the accused. Police have so far recorded the statements of 6 parents and children. According to police sources, some people whose role is suspected in the case have also been questioned.
