How did 67 students score AIR-1?
NTA said that all 67 students who scored 720 marks will not be considered as toppers. 44 out of 67 bonus marks are awarded due to change in answer key. Due to which these students have scored perfect.

A question related to atom was asked in the chemistry section of the exam. Option 1 in the answer key was correct. Option 3 was correct as per old NCERT book. Those who marked option 3 got bonus marks.
How did 6 students get AIR-1 from the same exam center?
This is just a coincidence. The average result of the center from which 6 toppers have come is already higher than the results of other centers.
The maximum score can be 720 or 716 depending on the marking scheme. Then how did you get 718 or 719 marks?
Candidates whose time was wasted due to technical problems have been given grace marks. This makes the total marks 718 or 719.
Why was the result declared before the scheduled date?
To ensure the timely completion of the admission process of 23 lakh students, the result of the examination was declared within 30 days.
