The National Testing Agency (NTA) declared the retest result of the NEET UG exam late on Sunday night. Of the 813 students who re-appeared for the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test, 60 per cent improved their scores. But none of these have the same score as the previous score involving additional grace marks. From the scores they got, the range of grace points was 10 to 40 points. According to NTA, only 813 students appeared in the examination conducted at seven centers in Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Haryana and Meghalaya. The number of toppers with no student getting full marks has reduced from 67 to 61. The NTA also said that the students who did not appear for the re-examination will be issued a fresh mark sheet with grace marks removed.

750 previous score is considered
In 1563, there are 750 students who counted their score only after grace marks, their rank dropped because their grace marks were deleted. Let us tell you that these students were given grace marks because they were given the wrong question paper, due to which they did not get the full three hours of the paper.

On the directions of the Supreme Court, the NTA held the exam on June 23 for only 1563 students who got grace marks in the first exam. No student got full marks in the retest. Out of 813 students appearing in the exam, six are from Haryana who scored 720 out of 720 marks in the first exam due to grace marks. No student got full marks in the re-examination. Out of 494 students from Haryana, only 287 appeared in the re-examination. Medical Counseling Committee can start counseling process from July 6 after declaration of result. It is known that earlier NTA declared the exam result on June 4. In which 67 students have secured 720 marks.
