Nepal announce squad for T20 World Cup, Rohit Paudel to take charge of the team

Nepal Cricket on Wednesday announced its 15-member squad for the ICC T20 World Cup starting in June in America and West Indies. Rohit Paudel will lead the Nepal team in this mega tournament. Experienced players like Sompal Kami and Karan KC have been given place in the team. Nepal participated in the T20 World Cup for the first time in 2014.

There are no surprising names in the Nepal team selected for the T20 World Cup. The players have been awarded for their performances in the ACC Premier Cup matches in Oman and against the West Indies A team. All teams are allowed to make changes to their squads until May 25, after which any changes will require the approval of the ICC’s Event Technical Committee.
